Heres another blue simple theme I did mixed with some ICS icons and a few I came up with. It has 1% included and first rom this is for is VorteX RC1. There are two versions, one with normal text and one with blue text.
I am not responible for what you do with your phone or what you put on or install on it. You install this at your own risk so ENJOY!!!
Install Intructions
Its recommended to install this theme on a fresh install of VorteX. For this just reflash VorteX RC1 with NO DATA WIPES, cache only wipe should be ok. I leave the choice to you.
After flashing the theme the first boot might take some time and it might loop 2 or 3 times, give it some time and if it loops for more than five minutes pull battery and boot up again. Should be good if you do.

If you lose notification bar after first boot wait a few minutes and then reboot and it should be good to go.

1. Install VorteX RC1 in clockwork with no data wipes (if already running VorteX), cache only ok. Recommended but your choice
2. reboot the phone and and wait for it to fully load and reboot back to recovery and flash theme.
3. at first boot it will take some time, just wait it out. more than 5 minutes pull battery and power up.
4. after boot wait a few minutes for it to load and if you lose status bar reboot and it should be good to go.
5. enjoy!!

Added statusbar tweak for VorteX. Credit for the mod goes to DroidJunk and DevorteX, I just edited it for the theme. After flashing you might lose notification bar, just reboot and all should be good.

So I am curious. I have a droid X that is flashed to Cricket running Vortex RC1. I put this theme on following the instructions and I loose 3g. I have to reflash the phone to get it back. It seems like the theme is changing some nv items or something. The guy who turned me on to this theme had exactly the same issue.

So whats being changed in the theming to break the flash?

No it wont you will bootloop. You will have to convert it to work on VXL.

I did a crap load of framework changes to get the lockscreens and screenshot function into the rom. So yes there were a ton of framework changes to the latest version.
