CyanogenMod releases their M2 build

The CyanogenMod team continues with their “M-Series” based on CM 10.1 (Android 4.2.2) and has released build: M2. These builds are for all out there who needs a stable ROM that can be used as a daily driver.

Like everything else, nothing is perfect. The CM team would like your feedback of any bugs you may find, as these builds are the beginning of what will become a “Stable” build.

There have been a few changes and additions from the M1 build, but the most notable are an LTE quick-settings tile, the ability to flip your phone over to dismiss a call or mute your ringer, and now you're also able to change the clock speed on the GPU with the included CM kernel.

  • Status Bar: Set Date and Time as buttons (with longpress actions)

If you're running a CM 10.1 nightly/ROM, then you can download the build from the "CM Updater" that's included in the ROM (Settings--->About Phone--->CyanogenMod updates--->PROFIT!). If that's not an option for you, then you can grab the ROM off of Rom Manager, or at Get.CM.
