OEMs have failed repeatedly when it comes to updates; there are still (fairly recent) high-end devices that have yet to receive an ICS update. If your device is lucky enough to receive a second glance by the OEM, the process to update seems to always be painfully slow. HTC has confirmed that their entire "One" line will get a Jelly Bean update. When? That's anyone's guess


No dates or timelines were given but instead a familiar "update coming soon." From experience, we know that we should not hold our collective breath for these updates, as they will most likely take months to arrive.
