This Vivo 4.3 will be shipping to major United States retailers by September 2012 with a $249.99 price tag. Blu Products looks to expand their sales to Latin America and parts of Asia soon after. The device will include a 4.3" Super Amoled Plus screen powered by MediaTek MT6577 dual core 1GHz Cortex™-A9 CPU. It will be running Android 4.0 (ICS) with no indication it will see Jelly Bean anytime soon (the least we can do is hope).
