Asus UK has announced that starting yesterday afternoon the Asus Transformer Prime will be receiving a small update via their Facebook Page. This update brings bug fixes, added features, and more (see entire list below). The incremental update version is called v9.4.2.28. Asus is on top of their game when it comes to updating their devices.

If you are looking to update your rooted Asus Transformer Prime do know that you will lose root access. Don't panic, a process has been confirmed to re-root your device. Help to re-root Transformer Prime after update can be found HERE.

About tablet
System Firmware Update
Check update.

GPS dongle fix & local notification
Ethernet UI support to set Ethernet connect policy when screen off
Add system bar lock settings for showing/hiding system info
