The latest and greatest from the CyanogenMod Team is coming to an Android device near you very soon. Many of us are already running early versions and couldn't be happier! But the releases we've seen thus far are all running the Galaxy Nexus boot animation. Not anymore, though. The new CM boot animation has now been unveiled to the public.

The new animation mixes a little bit of the classic with a big gooey smattering of the future, to bring you an awesome boot screen that will have you rebooting your device again and again, and then again to show your friends. Who will likely look at you with fear in their eyes for your sanity. But what do they know? Check out the video and get your SD cards ready for downloading. We can't wait for the next build to include this one. As of this moment, however, it's not available as a stand-alone download.
